Makeup Routine: Black/Pink

I decided to post my makeup that I used when I went to see Les Mis the other day. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely stellar. Eponine and Fantine were simply incredible. Eponine was gorgeous! She was black, and one of the most beautiful women I have seen. I wish I could be ebony. I HIGHLY recommend everyone go to see it. It's performed at the Sergstrom Event Center...I think :p

I do my pencil eyeliner first, and then I put my liquid over it, for a cleaner line. I love the cat-eye look. Some girls at my school think its slutty (like seriously, what the actual fuck), but I think it's kind of classy.

Complete eyes. I use these brushes from Maybelline to shade and blend the different Shades of Grey :p
Bushy caterpillar eyebrows...I know, I know.

I use the liquid first. I just use my fingers, I don't really care about a brush for that. Then a sheer powder. I am in love with this blush I got from Sephora form my 8th grade Washington d.C Trip! It's lasted me for so long! More than 2 years. The Trublends Minerals is just really light, it's just warm sparkles that aren't too overpowering, so i brush it all over my cheeks, chin, and forehead.

My brother tells me I have a really creepy smile. I'm kind of self conscious about it.

Thank you for reading this post!(: What is your favorite makeup, or type of makeup?

Seashells and Sunshine

I adore seashells. I think they are so delicate and beautiful. I have quite a collection, and I'm pretty damn proud of it :p I have a couple of seashell chandeliers, and so I wanted to show you guys a little bit of my collection(:

White Conch

Yuki nibbling on the shells(:

I have no clue what this one is, but it's beautiful

Pink Conch

Again with Yuki(:

The Family!(:

These are my baby shells. I simply adore the big shell that I use as a bowl to hold my babies. It is simply gorgeous, what with all of the shining colors,
the Cerulean Blues, the Emerald Greens, and the Rich Browns

A closeup of the teeny tiny shells. I like admiring all of the stripes and holes and ridges in each one. They are all so different, none are the same.

A little of my coral collection. Coral is my absolute favorite shell. Well, it's not really a shell...but that is an irrelevant fact :p

Medium piece of coral, and baby bits to the side of it

Other bits and pieces of my coral collection. I have most of it in a pretty display in my room, but I want to show that off later when I redecorate the rest of my room.

So that was some of my seashell collection!(: I hope you guys liked it, comment below if you like seashell-ing, and tell me what your favorite type is!

Chocolate and Peanutbutter Torte

So I made the Chocolate and Peanut Butter Torte thing, from this website. I don't like cream cheese, so I didn't like it myself): After all my hard work, too! That's okay, it just means I'm picky. Everybody else in the house loved it! It was gone in one day(: I guess that means I'm not a total failure, right?

The ingredients

I used a whole freaking box of oreos

I lick everything in between the steps, do you?(: It's my favorite part.

The whip cream was heavenly. I'm going to make some just so I can eat it by itself :3 Omnomnom

Food Blog, The Angieriver Show

I was surfing around looking for dessert recipes to make, (while I am incapacitated from an MCL/meniscus tear) and I cam across this stellar food blog. It's called the Angieriver Show, and every single recipe she has on there look delicious, complete with the nice pictures she takes of the food.
I wanted something with Chocolate and peanut buttery goodness, so when I clicked on this recipe,
I knew it was fate that we found each other(: haha(: I'm so excited to try and make this, and so my Daddy is going to take me shopping for the ingredients right now!
I hope it turns out well, and I'll make another post with pictures of me making it and the final outcome! But seriously, go check out her site.
                         It is great.

San Clemente Weekend

Yesterday, a lot of things happened! I went to a soccer tournament in San Clemente. (Another post about my soccer team later.) We placed 2nd, and I hyper extended my ACL and meniscus.

After one of the games, me and my boyfriend Josh went down to the beach, and took pictures on the pier and a pretty little trail after eating at a nice pizza/pasta place.

My boyfriend's pretty cute, if I so say myself :3 We definitely qualify as an awkward couple :p I'll make another post about our story, and all that mushy gooshy love-y stuffy stuff.
I wore a new shirt of mine, which I got from Foreign Exchange, and a vintage skirt I got about a year back from the Orange Circle in Old Town Orange.

I wish I had a picture of me in the outfit and the stuff I paired with the outfit, but none of them turned out well. I looked fat and frumpy >:(
Sorry for the picture heavy post! Thank you for bearing with me(:

Pink Hair

This is my pink hair! I had just gotten out of the shower, so it's still a bit damp.

My friend Lydia accidentally got it on my forehead/hair line. Oh well, that's alright(:

I really love my hair when it's pink.

I'm off to soccer practice, but I think I'm going to pretty myself up later tonight and take more pictures with my FREAKING AWESOME NEW CAMERA.

Pink Hair and a New Camera

So for my birthday, my dad got me a Nikon D 5100. I still haven't really gotten the gist of it, but it's still amazing! I hope that soon I will be able to use it proficiently, and post up quality photos on here!(:
Yesterday, me and my bestie,Lydia, dyed our hair! She did her tips Fuchsia and Teal. She looks like a fucking mermaid! It's amazing, she's so gorgeous.
I did all of my hair pink! It's a bit bright at the moment, but it should fade fairly quickly, and then stay at a nice cotton candy pink for quite a while. I'm so excited that I have pink hair again (I did it last summer as well).
The downside of it is that I got it all over my hands/head. But oh well, beauty comes at a price, does it not?
Lately, I have been trying more and more to not to have my appearance be all that is noticed about me. I want the first thing people to notice about me is my soul. That's hard for me to do. Actually, I think it is hard for anyone in a society built so much upon outward appearance to try and look past our appearance, and focus more on the depths of our personalities, the depths of our souls.

~~our appearance is just a camouflage~~
~~we use to hide our true beauty,~~
~~our true identity.~~
